Vincent J. Mannino is executive vice president of R.G. Ross Construction Co., a commercial and residential general contractor and construction manager based in St. Louis.  For 35 years R.G. Ross has provided commercial construction services on such projects as the Gravois Bluffs Shopping Center in Fenton, Cannon Design Groups St. Louis home office, and the Chess Club and Scholastic center of St. Louis.

He also provides expert witness services in construction related cases involving litigation, and guest lectures graduate student architects at Washington University on the structure and nuances of construction scheduling, and estimating from a contractors perspective.

Vincent also serves on the board of The Haven of Grace, a residential and aftercare program providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for homeless, pregnant women. He is a member The Haven of Grace’s building and grounds committee.

Vincent and his wife, Patti, have two daughters, Anna and Michelle.
